Troy Drake is the founder of Mushin Movement and Mushin Mind, two integrated platforms dedicated to helping men—particularly those over 40—reclaim their health, vitality, strength, and mental clarity through a grounded, warrior-inspired approach to personal transformation.
Troy is a Certified Personal Trainer and Nutrition Coach, with decades of lived experience in leadership, high-pressure environments, and personal reinvention. His coaching philosophy is rooted in one truth: you can’t lead others if you’ve lost control of your own mind and body.
Once a successful business owner in the construction industry, Troy knows the cost of stress, burnout, and neglecting your health. Like many men, he got caught in the trap of always doing more—until the fatigue, brain fog, gut issues, and low testosterone forced a reckoning. That low point didn’t break him. It woke him up.


What followed was a decade-long journey of transformation—physically, mentally, and spiritually. Drawing from ancient warrior principles, modern strength and conditioning, breath science, and meditation, Troy developed the Mushin Method: a lifestyle framework that combines movement, mindset, and mastery.
